Slicers
Slicers are specially designed for cutting boneless meat into thin layers and slices. It is possible to use a machine for slicing liver, poultry fillets, fillets of some types of fish, dense in consistency of vegetables and fruits. The slicer is intended for use in the food industry, catering, supermarkets and in the wholesale trade network. The slicer can be used for cutting pieces of meat up to 1.5 kg. Since the meat falls on the knives automatically under the weight of its own weight, there is no risk of injury. The sliced meat ends up in the semi-finished product container located below.
The machine is safe for the user and hygienic in operation. Thanks to its simple design, the machine is easy to clean. Automatic meat feeding and slicing guarantees a smooth and neat cut, and also eliminates the risk of injury. The machine body is made of stainless steel. Standard equipment includes an automatic motor shutdown relay, a temperature fuse and a reversible switch.
