Hydraulic and manual filling syringes

KT-MR syringes are specially designed to facilitate the manufacture of sausages, or rather to simplify the filling of sausage casings with minced meat. The new piston return system operates by means of automatic decompression. The speed and pressure can be adjusted for masses of different kinds of viscosity. The smooth shape of the meat mass outlet nozzle ensures the preservation of the natural color of the meat mass. The high-speed lid closing device does not require screwing and unscrewing the handles. Syringes have full water resistance.

Thanks to the lid design, the minimum part of the meat mass remains in the filler. The new piston crank lever provides easier access to the filler. The supporting legs of the housing are made of insulating material. The piston of the meat mass is easily removed for cleaning.
