Tenderizers
Despite its small size, the meat ripper or tenderizer has a high power. The small size allows you to place the tenderizer on a standard retail counter. A special table is not required. Feeding meat to knives is designed in such a way as to eliminate the risk of injury to fingers. The motor instantly stops automatically in case of even a slight displacement of the protective cover of the tenderizer knives.
The tenderizer has 74 blades with 888 cutting points. They are on two rollers. Thanks to the design of the combs and the efficiency of the blades, the meat passes through the blades quickly and cleanly with a maximum capacity of 1200 chops per hour. The cooking time of meat passed through the tenderizer is significantly reduced, and the finished meat looks more attractive.
The durable body of the tenderizer is made of stainless steel. The screw and gear drive of the rotation mechanism are completely placed in the oil, so no additional lubrication is required. The shafts are equipped with ball bearings. The tenderizer is easy to clean. The housing of the cutting compartment and the housing of the safety unit are easy to remove for washing.
