The machines are based on a patented system of 2-stage knife sharpening, which ensures long-lasting sharpness of the cutting edge. The rotating grinding wheels are coated with 100% diamond abrasive. At the first stage, sharpening takes place, at the second – finishing and polishing of the cutting edge. The detachable whetstone module can be easily removed for washing in the dishwasher or by hand.
