Vacuum massagers for meat
Vacuum massagers are designed for kneading pork, beef, poultry, fish and other meat products in vacuum conditions during the salting process. This type of equipment is widely used by meat processing enterprises in the production of meat delicacies.
Massaging is carried out by evenly mixing the meat inside the rotating drum. Meat fibers are well impregnated with brine and spices, while the structure of tissues and protein compounds is not disturbed. The pieces of meat retain their integrity, which improves their color and composition on the slice. The massaging process is carried out under vacuum conditions, which protects protein compounds from the effects of oxygen, preserves the natural saturated color of meat products, destroys microorganisms and bacteria, and extends the shelf life of final consumer products.
