Meat Cutters
A cutter is a device for grinding meat intended for the preparation of high-quality minced meat for sausages, sausages, pates and other meat semi-finished products. It differs from a meat grinder in that even frozen raw materials can be processed in it, as well as cooled, or, conversely, boiled to the desired consistency.
This assistant performs many important tasks in the kitchen – it can replace a meat grinder, dough mixer, grater, blender, vegetable cutter, mixer. For restaurants, cafes, sausage and meat shops, cutters for meat and other products are used, which in various modes can process up to 400 portions of products of different hardness. It is possible to grind meat and fish on a cutter to any necessary degree: from chopping to a fine consistency that cannot be obtained in a meat grinder.
Mainly the cutter is purchased for meat, but other dishes can be prepared in it: cottage cheese, custard dough, vegetable soups, purees, sauces. Compared to a blender, it grinds products much faster, and thanks to the vacuum lid, they retain color and structure without drying out in the open air. The cutter is able to replace several types of equipment in a professional kitchen. However, it is most often purchased in sausage shops and enterprises engaged in the manufacture of various types of meat products.
